High mast lights can be divided into 5 main categories based on their structure, function, and installation scenarios, with significantly different requirements:
Retractable high mast lights: Equipped with electric lifting function (lifting height 5-40 meters), the light panel can be lowered to the ground for maintenance, eliminating the need for high-altitude work. Suitable for large open spaces such as stadiums, city squares, and highway
intersections. Power 100-500W, illumination coverage radius 30-80 meters. Fixed high mast lights: The light body is fixed and cannot be raised or lowered. Simple structure, lower cost, height 8-20 meters. Suitable for rural roads, town squares, and industrial parks. Power 50-200W. Maintenance requires climbing equipment, suitable for low-frequency maintenance scenarios.
Solar-powered high-mast lights: Integrating photovoltaic panels and batteries, requiring no grid power, with a height of 8-15 meters, power of 30-120W, and a battery life of 3-7 days (rainy days), suitable for remote rural areas, scenic trails, and areas without power supply. Energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and with low installation costs.
Landscape high-mast lights: Combining lighting and decorative functions, with diverse lamp designs (such as Chinese lanterns and magnolia lanterns), supporting RGB full-color dynamic effects, with a height of 10-25 meters and power of 50-300W, suitable for commercial plazas, park entrances, and city landmarks, primarily for creating a nighttime atmosphere.
Explosion-proof high mast lights: Featuring an explosion-proof structure made of 304 stainless steel, with an IP67 protection rating, heights ranging from 8-20 meters, and power from 50-200W, suitable for flammable and explosive environments such as chemical industrial parks, gas stations, and mining plants, and complying with GB 3836 explosion-proof standards.
