High mast lights come in many different structures and models, and the specific methods for lowering them vary. However, most high mast lights can be lowered in two ways: manually and electrically.
1. Manual Lowering
For some small high mast lights, they can be lowered manually. The specific steps are as follows:
Step 1: First, locate the control box next to the light pole, open the control box door, and find the control lever.
Step 2: Pull the control lever down and hold it down. The high mast light will then begin to slowly descend.
Step 3: After the light pole is fully lowered, push the control lever up. After the light pole is raised, release the control lever. This completes the lowering operation of the high mast light.
2. Electrical Lowering
For some large high mast lights, manual lowering is obviously impractical. In this case, an electrical lowering method is required. The specific steps are as follows:
Step 1: Start the motor using the switch on the control box.
Step Two: The motor drives the gears via a transmission device, causing the high mast light to lower slowly.
Step Three: The operator uses a remote control or manual control lever to stop the high mast light from lowering or raise it.
