1. High-Speed SMT and Thermal Interface Application

The process begins in the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) cleanroom. High-performance LED chips are mounted onto a Metal Core PCB (MCPCB). For a 90W fixture, the density of the chips is calculated to prevent "hot spots."

Precision Soldering: Automated machines solder the LEDs and protective components (like Zener diodes) to the board.

Thermal Management: A high-grade thermal interface material (TIM) or thermal grease is applied to the back of the PCB. This is vital for 90W units to ensure that heat travels instantly from the LEDs to the aluminum housing, preventing premature light decay.

2. Precision Die-Casting and Marine-Grade Finishing

The "body" of the 90W light is created through high-pressure aluminum die-casting.

The "Radiator" Design: The mold for the 90W housing includes deep aerodynamic fins. This allows the housing to act as a massive heat sink, using natural air convection to keep the electronics cool.

Surface Protection: After the raw casting is cleaned, it undergoes a multi-stage Powder Coating process. This creates a hard, UV-resistant shell that protects the aluminum from oxidation, salt spray, and acidic rain, ensuring the light maintains its aesthetic and structural integrity for over a decade.

3. IP66 Waterproof Assembly and Stress Testing

The final assembly turns individual parts into a weather-resistant tool.

Sealing: High-resilience silicone gaskets are fitted between the glass and the housing. The cable entry point is secured with a PG-rated waterproof gland. A vacuum leak test is often performed to certify the IP66 or IP67 rating.

Dynamic Aging Test: Every Decano 90W unit is placed on an aging rack for 24 hours. During this time, it is subjected to "High-Low" voltage switching and thermal cycling. This "burn-in" period identifies any potential component failures before the product is packed and shipped to the project site.
