Two-Way Traffic Signal Pole Mounting Bracket

A two-way traffic signal pole mounting bracket supports two signal housings in opposite or approved paired orientations using coordinated upper and lower cast-aluminum brackets. The source design accommodates 200 mm and 300 mm signals and integrates Tri-Stud-style clamps with a central compartment for routing signal wiring. With the appropriate cable hanger, balancer, and cable-entry head, the same bracket concept can be used for an overhead suspended assembly or for a post-top installation. The exact orientation must follow the approved traffic-control drawing and provide clear sight lines without creating cable strain or unbalanced support reactions. Before installation, verify signal size, housing weight, projected area, bracket and stud compatibility, pole-top or suspension connection, wiring route, grounding, drainage, fastener locking, wind and vibration loads, and maintenance access. Signal housings and optional suspension components should be specified separately unless included in the project bill of materials.
