Product Introduction

 

 

1. Steel Slitting and Tapered Cutting

    The Raw Material: We start with high-grade carbon steel coils (typically Q235 or Q345).

    The Process: The steel is unrolled and cut into a long trapezoid shape using a heavy-duty longitudinal shear. The top of the trapezoid determines the "Top Diameter," and the bottom determines the "Base Diameter" of the tapered pole.

 

 

2. Large-Scale Hydraulic Bending

This is the core of the shaping process.

    The Equipment: A 12-meter to 14-meter long hydraulic press brake.

    The Formation: The trapezoidal steel sheet is placed into a V-shaped die. Under immense pressure, the machine folds the flat sheet. Depending on the tool used, the pole is shaped into a Conical (round), Octagonal, or Hexagonal profile.

 

 

3. Automatic Longitudinal Welding

    The Seam: After bending, the pole has a long vertical gap.

    The Welding: The pole is fed into an automatic welding machine (often using Submerged Arc Welding). It squeezes the gap shut while simultaneously welding it. This ensures a deep-penetration, uniform seam that can withstand high wind pressure without cracking.

 

 

4. Mechanical Straightening

The Correction: Heat from welding can cause slight warping. The pole is placed in a straightening machine that uses sensors to detect deviations and mechanical rams to press the pole back into a perfectly straight line within strict tolerance levels.

 

 

5. Component Integration

    Base Flange: The bottom mounting plate is welded to the shaft.

    Service Door: A CNC plasma cutter cuts the maintenance hole, and a reinforced frame and door are welded in place.

    Top Tenon: The top interface (for the lamp arm) is welded onto the narrow end.

 

 

6. Hot-Dip Galvanizing (The Anti-Corrosion Stage)

    The Bath: The completed steel pole is submerged into a tank of molten zinc at 450°C.

    The Result: The zinc reacts with the steel to form a series of zinc-iron alloy layers on both the interior and exterior walls. This is the only industry-standard method to guarantee a 20-30 year rust-free lifespan.

 

 

7. Electrostatic Powder Coating

    The Finish: For aesthetic purposes, the galvanized pole is cleaned and sprayed with outdoor-grade polyester powder. It is then baked in a high-temperature oven. This provides the final color (Black, Grey, etc.) and adds an extra layer of UV protection.
